Immerse yourself in the fantasy world of Jules Verne! The first steampunk museum in Moravia opened in the village of Černvír, not far from Pernštejn Castle.
You will see robots, submarines, airships and other sculptures and exhibits inspired by the world and works of Jules Verne, Karel Zeman and Karel Čapek. The largest ones are up to 3 metres tall and will transport you back to your childhood, to the time when you used to flip through books like Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea or The Invention of Doom. A bonus is a smaller armoury of film props.
The museum is open on weekends in May and June, Wednesday to Sunday in the summer holidays and for groups by appointment at any time. Refreshments are available in the café while the children are entertained in the outdoor play area.
